Mahoning County Clerk of Courts Auto Title Department will be open for public walk-ins for title work starting on August 24, 2020 with office hours 8am to 4:30pm (door locked at 4:15pm). Wearing of masks, taking of temperatures, and social distancing will be required.  As a courtesy, titling by mail and drop box will still be available (click for Titling by Mail/Drop Box Checklist).  Effective October 19, 2020 the Mahoning County Clerk of Courts will start the acceptance of passport applications Monday-Friday 8am-3:30pm.
